This Legal Notice shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. In the event of litigation between CARLOS JIMÉNEZ and the User, the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction, unless the applicable legislation necessarily establishes otherwise.
